About
Welcome!
My name is Ali Choudhry.
I am a photographer in Melbourne, Australia where I am currently working towards my BA (Honours) degree in photography at RMIT University.
My practice aims to explore our relationship with ourselves, eachother, and the world around us. Through use of minimalist compositions and selective use of color and form I aim to invoke what I call a “breath” to all of my images.
My work has been shortlisted for the William and Winifred Bowness Photography Prize, Incinerator Award, Robyn Beeche Foundation Award, and others.
You can read some of my articles at my FStoppers Staff Writer profile.
I am currently a selected photographer as part of Diversify Photo's 'Up Next' category.
